Friends and Communities with Talisman

Description

Get ready to embark on a thrilling adventure in Talisman City, the exciting expansion to the classic Talisman board game. Designed by Evan Friedman and Paul Morrow, this 1989 release is easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, while still offering plenty of depth for seasoned gamers. With support for 2 to 6 players, Talisman City is perfect for a fun night in with friends or a lively family game session. As you explore the city, you'll encounter dozens of new Encounter cards, Spells, and Objects, as well as six new Characters to choose from, each with their own unique abilities and playstyles. As you navigate the streets, shops, and buildings of Talisman City, you'll have the opportunity to visit intriguing locations like the Magic Shoppe or the Armoury, and maybe even find yourself in jail. But don't worry, you can also pursue new careers, such as Master Mage or King's Champion, earning money and buying special equipment to aid you in your quest. With a playtime of around 240 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the world of Talisman City, using dice rolling, role-playing, and variable player powers to guide your journey. Will you be the first to claim the Crown of Command and emerge victorious? There's only one way to find out - gather your friends, set up the board, and get ready to experience the magic of Talisman City.
