Description

The Icarus Club is a thrilling card game that's all about strategy and a little bit of cunning. Designed by Daniel Newman, Hugame, and Crocotile, this 2021 release is perfect for 3 to 5 players looking for a fun and fast-paced experience that can be enjoyed in as little as 10 minutes. The rules are easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, but the game mechanics of bribery and trick-taking add a layer of complexity that will keep you coming back for more. In The Icarus Club, players engage in a high-stakes game of trick-taking, where the goal is to win the right amount of money - not too much, not too little. With the ability to bribe their way to the top, players can alter the course of the game and catch their opponents off guard. This economic card game requires a delicate balance of risk and reward, as players navigate the twists and turns of the game. Will you emerge victorious, or will you fly too close to the sun like Icarus himself? With its unique blend of strategy and social interaction, The Icarus Club is a game that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you eager for the next round.
