Description

Get ready for a thrilling adventure through the deserts and dangers of Harad in The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – Race Across Harad. This expansion pack for 1 to 2 players takes you on a frantic chase as you and your friends ride atop oliphaunts, trying to outrun the pursuing wargs and their orc riders. With a playtime of 60 minutes, you'll need to think quickly and strategically to progress through your quest stages before the orcs catch up. The game's normal complexity makes it easy for fans of board games to learn, and the cooperative gameplay and variable player powers add an extra layer of excitement. As you navigate the treacherous wilds of Harad, you'll encounter new challenges and opportunities, including a new Dúnedain hero and player cards that enhance existing keywords and mechanics. With support for mounts, side quests, and events that offer powerful rewards, you'll need to use all your skills and resources to emerge victorious. The game's fantasy setting, based on the classic novel, immerses you in the world of Middle-earth, and the hand management and cooperative gameplay mechanics keep you on the edge of your seat. Will you be able to quicken your pace and reach the Ford of Harnen before the orcs and wargs catch up, or will you succumb to the dangers of Harad? There's only one way to find out.
