La Isla Perdida is a mysterious and thrilling board game that's perfect for 1 to 4 players looking for a fun and challenging experience. Designed by Martín Oddino and published in 2021, this game is all about exploring a lost island, where the rules of nature don't seem to apply. Players take on the role of adventurers, trying to map out the island's unique territories, from mountains to forests, and rivers that flow uphill. With a playtime of just 20 to 40 minutes, this game is great for a quick gaming session, and its easy-to-learn rules make it accessible to everyone. In this roll & write game, players must carefully decide which territories to draw on their map, using dice rolls to determine how much of each territory they can add. The twist is that each player has limited space for each type of territory, so they must choose wisely. The game ends when a player can no longer draw on their map, and points are counted based on four different scoring criteria that are unique to each game. With its unique blend of dice rolling, grid coverage, and strategic planning, La Isla Perdida is a game that will keep you on the edge of your seat, eager to explore the lost island and uncover its secrets. Whether you're playing solo or with friends, this game is sure to deliver a fun and exciting experience.
