Description

The Quiet Year is a game where you and your friends define the struggles of a post-apocalyptic community, working together to build something good within a year of relative peace. With the war against The Jackals finally over, you have a brief window of opportunity to rebuild and learn to work together again before the Frost Shepherds arrive in the winter. Every decision and action counts, as you navigate the challenges and surprises that come with each passing week. As you play through the 52 weeks of the quiet year, you'll draw cards that trigger events and present you with tough choices. Will you hold discussions, make decisions, or discover new things, all while managing the community's projects and resources. The game is simple to learn, but offers a rich and immersive experience, as you work together to build a better future for your community before time runs out.
