Description
The Smoky Valley is a heavy economic and industrial development game where you play as an investor in the 19th century, building and upgrading industries, producing and transforming goods, and shipping them abroad. As you contribute to the growth of the city, you'll also need to stimulate its development, provide public services, and improve the quality of life for its citizens. With 2 to 4 players competing over 150 to 180 minutes, The Smoky Valley offers a complex and challenging experience, with a range of mechanics including action queue, income, investment, and route building. As you navigate the game's intricate rules, you'll have the opportunity to become the mayor of the city, influencing its development to serve your own interests and those of your citizens, and potentially earning your place as the greatest builder of The Smoky Valley.
