Description
Thunderbolt/Apache Leader is a thrilling solitaire game where you get to command teams of A-10 Thunderbolt tank-busters and AH-64 Apache attack helicopters on battlefields around the world. As the sole player, you'll have to strategically select the best mix of aircraft, weapons, tactics, and crew to take on a variety of missions, from suppressing air defenses to dueling helicopter gunships. With a playtime that can range from 15 to 300 minutes, you can dive into a quick mission or embark on a longer campaign, exploring the game's normal complexity rules and mechanics, such as campaign and battle card driven gameplay, dice rolling, and simulation. Designed by Dan Verssen in 1991, Thunderbolt/Apache Leader offers a unique blend of aviation, modern warfare, and wargame elements that will keep you engaged and challenged as you navigate the world of military aviation.
