Description

Get ready for a thrilling game of Toru, a fast-paced party game that's all about speed and strategy. In this simple yet addictive game, 3 to 5 players pass chips to each other, chanting "TO!" and "RU" as they go, trying to collect sets of symbols. Each player starts with seven chips, featuring ten different symbols, and the goal is to gather four chips with one symbol and three chips with another. When a player achieves this, they shout "TORU" and grab one of the dragons from the table, but be warned, there's always one fewer dragon than the number of players, so someone will be left out. As players compete to collect sets and grab dragons, they can also earn bonus points if the color of their dragon matches the secret counter they received at the start of the round. The game is over in just 30 minutes, but it's packed with action and excitement. First to reach eight points wins, and with its simple rules and quick gameplay, Toru is the perfect game for a fun night in with friends. Published in 2005, this game has been entertaining players for years, and its unique blend of set collection and dexterity elements makes it a must-play for fans of party games.
