Description

Tor is a fast-paced and simple soccer-themed card game designed by the renowned Reiner Knizia. Released in 1995, this game has been entertaining players for years with its quick gameplay and simultaneous action selection mechanism. In Tor, two players compete against each other, each having identical sets of 13 cards. The game's simplicity is one of its strongest points, as the rules can be explained quickly, allowing players to dive right into the action. The objective of the game is to score by advancing the soccer ball on the play field, which is represented by a small game board. Players simultaneously select one card from their set, and the player with the winning card gets to move the ball. The back-and-forth movement of the ball creates a thrilling experience, as players try to outmaneuver each other to emerge victorious. With a playtime of just 20 minutes, Tor is an excellent choice for a quick gaming session. Its unique blend of strategy and luck makes it an engaging experience for players of all ages, and its sports theme adds an extra layer of excitement to the game. Whether you're a fan of soccer or just looking for a fun and fast-paced card game, Tor is definitely worth checking out.
