Description

Get ready to spin a web of truth and deception in Trust Me, a thrilling board game designed by Martino Chiacchiera and published in 2025. In this game, 2 to 4 players take on the challenge of building their reputation and gaining the trust of their opponents over the course of just 20 to 30 minutes. The rules are simple, but don't let that fool you - the game is full of complex social dynamics and strategic decision-making. With its unique blend of betting, bluffing, hand management, and set collection, Trust Me is a game that will keep you on your toes from start to finish. As you play, you'll draw characters from a deck and use them to tell tales - either true or false - to gain the trust of your fellow players. If you're honest and your tale is believed, you'll get a reward, but if you're caught bluffing, you'll come away empty-handed. On the other hand, if you successfully deceive your opponents, you'll be rewarded with precious tickets that bring you closer to winning the game. The twist is that your reputation will grow as you gain more characters, making it harder to bluff and more crucial to strategically manage your hand. With each passing turn, the stakes will rise, and the tension will build as you navigate the delicate balance between truth and deception. The goal of the game is to accumulate the most valuable tickets by the end of the day and night, and the player with the most points will be crowned the coolest kid in the group. With its fast-paced gameplay and social interaction, Trust Me is a game that's perfect for groups of friends or family members looking for a fun and engaging experience. So gather your friends, get ready to spin some tales, and find out who will come out on top in this game of trust and deception.
