Description

In Turtle Race Mini, get ready for a fun and fast-paced competition where 2 to 5 players can join in on the action. This simple yet exciting game, designed by Reiner Knizia and published in 2019, is perfect for kids and families looking for a quick gaming session that's easy to learn and plays out in just 15 minutes. The goal is straightforward: be the first to get your turtle to the finish line, and you win. Each player starts with a secret color and a handful of movement cards, which they use to nudge their turtle forward or backward, trying to outmaneuver their opponents. As you play, the action unfolds quickly, with turtles moving up and down the row, sometimes even stacking on top of each other. The game takes a surprising turn with the introduction of shaking cards, which send turtles tumbling to the back, and lettuce cards, which signal the end of the game when three of them appear. With its easy-to-grasp rules and short playtime, Turtle Race Mini is an excellent addition to any family game night or a great option for a quick break. As part of the "backpack games" series, it's also a great choice for on-the-go fun, making it easy to take the excitement of the turtle race with you wherever you go.
