Description

Get ready to embark on a fascinating journey in Varda, a strategic board game where you'll take on the role of a farmer and craftsman, cultivating the finest Damask Roses and producing the most aromatic Golab and precious essences. With 2 to 5 players, you'll compete to create the best products, upgrade your technology, and outdo your rivals. The game is set in a breathtaking industry where delicacy has no place, and you'll need to be strategic in your approach to succeed. As you play, you'll send your workers to different areas of the board, managing resources like water, light, and fertilizer to achieve the best harvest. You'll cultivate saplings, develop your technology, and gain new facilities to produce the most valuable products. With each game lasting 45 to 90 minutes, you'll need to balance your short-term goals with long-term strategies to emerge victorious. The game's normal complexity makes it accessible to board game enthusiasts, and the option to play without event cards initially makes it a great introduction for beginners. As you gain experience, you can add the event cards to introduce combinatory actions and special abilities, taking the game to a whole new level of excitement and challenge.
