War & Sheep

Friends and Communities with War & Sheep

Description

War & Sheep is a hilarious and lighthearted board game designed by Bruno Cathala, where two players take on the role of warring factions of sheep competing for the same paddock. The goal is simple: eliminate the other player's sheep or eat the most and best grass to win. With a playtime of just 20 minutes, this game is perfect for a quick and entertaining showdown. The rules are easy to learn, making it accessible to players of all skill levels. As you navigate the paddock, you'll need to be strategic about which clumps of grass to eat, as each one is worth a different number of points. But beware - some grass may be hiding a wolf, which will quickly turn the tables on your sheep. With the ability to move, recon, camouflage, and use action cards, you'll need to stay one step ahead of your opponent to come out on top. With its unique blend of humor, animals, and farming, War & Sheep is a fun and quirky game that's sure to bring a smile to your face. Published in 2002 as part of the Eurogames Games for 2 Series, this game has become a classic in its own right, and its simplicity and charm continue to delight players to this day.
