Description

Warhammer: Invasion – Glory of Days Past is a thrilling expansion that delves into the rich histories and ancient customs of the Old World's races, where eternal war has become a way of life. With sixty new cards to explore, this game builds upon the traditional strengths of each race while introducing dynamic battlefield phases and the Ambush and Raider keywords to keep things fresh and exciting. As a 2-player game, you and your opponent will engage in a 45-minute battle of wits, managing your hand of cards to outmaneuver each other in a world of fantasy and fighting. In this game, the Dwarfs rely on their legendary runesmiths to forge new defenses, while the Greenskins surge forward with elite warriors and cavalry in a tide of violence. The Men of the Empire prepare to meet them with spells and steel, but the forces of Chaos seek to corrupt even the mightiest heroes. Meanwhile, the High Elf Mages harness the Eight Winds to protect themselves and their armies, but their dark kin, the Dark Elves, draw strength from their hatred and malice. With the game's normal complexity level, fans of board games will have no issue learning the rules and jumping into the action. Designed by Eric M.
