Collection Statistics♟️

We have made a new shareable statistics page that gives and overview of your collection and assigns you a 'collector' type. You can see mine here.

The idea is based on an old board gamer DNA tool that no longer exist. It attempt to put your collection into one of these types:

The Curator
The collection is large and covers all types of games with no dominating 'trait' (8%)

The Party Host
A large share of party games. Party games are defined as either having the category party game or being 'best with' more than 6 people (7.7%)

Completionist
The ratio of expansions to board games is high in this collection (6.4%)

General
Collection contains a large share of war-games or war-themed games (6.2%)

Team Player
Collection contains a large share of cooperative games (5.7%)

Duelist
A large share of "best for 2" games in the collection (5.6%)

Soloist
Large share of single player games in the collection (5.5%

The Strategist
The collection has high average complexity (4.7%)

The Explorer
No strong trait or enough games to determine one (42.8%)

The statistics page also contains a section for plays. This section is private and can only be seen by you, as plays are considered private information. For now only plays logged directly on Kallax.io is part of the statistics as importing from BGG and BG Stats is not implemented yet. Play logs requires enthusiast.

Minor changes 🤏

• Translated more of the website to Danish, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Polish
• Fixed issue that could cause internal reference system to overflow
• Fixed password not being updated in some cases when trying to change it
• Fixed issue that caused some board game images to not appear
• And a bunch of server optimizations :)
