Tables 🪑

Events now have a new optional tables tab. This has been a highly requested feature for a long time, but we have been going back and forth on how to implemented this.

Some requested essentially nested events while others need must more modest usage.

For now we have gone with tables being able to have:

• Name and location
• Game to be played (optional)
• Timeslot (optional)
• Limited seating (optional)

The tables integrates with two other features. If the host allows people to bring a guest (+1) then they can be seated at tables as well.

You can also log a play directly from a table. This will copy the event, game and participants over to the play log.

Folders are now tags 📁 » 🏷️

The functionality is the same, but we now call folders for tags as it responds better to how they behave.

The /collection page has also gotten a design as part of the renaming.

Statistics 📊

The statistics component that communities have been able to add to your profiles for a few weeks is now also available for user profiles.

Explore page combined 🗺️

The explore communities and explore events pages are now one page that can filter and search on both.

The old pages will eventually be removed, but as events are important I want to make sure they remain easy to find in the navigation.

Minor changes 🤏

• You can now undo if you accidentally added the wrong game using /search
• The /feed now includes events that your friends went too, if you are allowed to see the event page itself
• The /timeline has been improved to better show when you added board games
• Added option to upload images to the session directly from a play
• Fixed an issue what caused profile page to serve a stale page
