Improved Barcode Scanner

Improved /scan to make it easier to scan larger collections. Thanks again to GameUPC for letting us use their database of board game barcodes. Scanning your collection helps us and GameUPC improve the accuracy of the results.

• Waits for the user to start the scanner (previously started on page load)
• Added sounds on successful / failed bar code look-up
• Automatically proceeds to scan the next barcode after a scan
• Ignores subsequent scans of the same barcode
• Improved performance on mobile
• Results, including confidence, can be downloaded as CSV
• Result can be added directly to wishlist or collection
• Alternatives only shown when confidence is low
• Gives the user the option to choose best result if our confidence is low

Note that all processing of video feed happens locally on your device. The images never reach are never sent anywhere. Our server only receives the request 'give me games with the barcode 5010993411528' and returns from our cached results or GameUPC.
