The WitchBorn: Enter Perdition is an immersive and thrilling board game that drops 2 to 6 players into a dark and horror-filled world of fantasy. Published in 2017, this cooperative game is designed by Cory S. Kammer and combines elements of dice rolling, player elimination, role-playing, and variable phase order to create a uniquely engaging experience. With a playtime of 90 to 180 minutes, you'll embark on a campaign-style adventure where your warriors continually develop, find treasures, and level up between games - if they survive the perils of the adventure and the ever-bloodthirsty undead, that is. As you delve into the world of Perdition, you'll create a war clan of adventurers, each with their own unique abilities and strengths. The core box includes 32 detailed 28mm Reaper Bones miniatures, including 8 Elves, 8 Dwarves, and 16 plains denizens, which can be used to portray your warriors. The game also features a gorgeous 46” x 39” battlemap, an adventure guide, and a companion app that helps guide players through the adventure, complete with random encounters and a unique story every time you play. With rules to build Dwarven or Elven war clans, as well as rules for other war clans like Guild, Norn, Orc, and Paladin, you can customize your experience and expand your adventures with additional models and expansions. As you progress through the game, your warriors will discover new items, suffer wounds, and experience horrible fumbles, all of which are handled by the companion app. The app takes the place of a game master or overlord, allowing players to focus on the action and adventure. With hundreds of items to choose from, you'll be able to equip your war clan and watch them develop from inept beginnings to dominant heroes.
