In Notre Dame: 10th Anniversary, players take on the roles of influential families in 14th century Paris, competing for prosperity and reputation in the shadow of the iconic cathedral. Each family controls a borough surrounding Notre Dame, and through clever use of action cards, they aim to advance their power and prestige. However, neglecting the health of their borough's people will result in penalties, adding a layer of strategy to the game. With the inclusion of the New Persons expansion, players can hire characters like the bell-ringer, priest, and procurator, each offering unique actions and abilities.
