Description

The Cats of Ulthar Card Game is a thrilling two-player experience based on the story by H.P. Lovecraft. Players take turns trying to surround their spellcaster card with three cats in matching order, while also attempting to attack their opponent's cats with magic spell cards. The game is easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, and can be played in just 15 to 25 minutes. As players navigate the game, they must also contend with the villainous "Cotter + Wife" cards, which attack cats from either opponent. If a player's cat is killed, their opponent must face the wrath of the "Ancient Elder Gods," drawing a card and following its instructions, which is never a good thing. The goal is to be the first to surround your spellcaster with the proper cat cards and then take down the "Cotter + Wife" to win the game.
