Description

Hidden Ark is a game about making a difference in the world, where you'll join an alliance of science groups dedicated to saving hundreds of fish species from extinction. As the leader of a science team, you'll embark on a mission to rescue and protect these species, navigating the challenges of limited funding and the vast oceans. You'll build science stations, send out rescue vessels, and evolve your expertise in different fields to increase your chances of success. With a playtime of 60 to 90 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to dive into the world of Hidden Ark and get immersed in the rescue operations. In this game, you'll draft opportunity tokens to gain access to research studies, funding, and technological upgrades, which will help you perform actions such as building science stations, researching different areas of science, and upgrading your player board. As you move your rescue vessels to perform rescue operations, you'll need to meet the research requirements on the species cards to save them and earn points and benefits. With normal complexity rules, experienced board game players will have no issue learning the game, and with the ability to play with 1 to 4 players, you can join forces with friends or take on the challenge alone. Designed by Tobias Hall and published in 2023, Hidden Ark is a game that will keep you engaged and motivated to make a change, and the player with the most victory points at the end will be declared the winner.
