Description
Mariposas is a game that lets you be part of an amazing journey, inspired by the annual migration of monarch butterflies from Mexico to eastern North America. Every spring, millions of butterflies leave Mexico, and every fall, they fly back, but no single butterfly makes the round trip. In this game, you'll guide your own butterflies through three seasons, trying to head north in spring, spread out in summer, and return south in fall. As you play, you'll experience the thrill of movement and set collection, all while learning about the incredible journey of these animals. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of just 45 to 75 minutes, Mariposas is perfect for 2 to 5 players looking for a fun and educational experience. Designed by Elizabeth Hargrave and published in 2020, this game is a great way to explore the natural world and have a great time with friends and family.
