Description

In Galaxy Defenders: Operation Strikeback, the Agency is ready to launch a counterattack against the alien base on the dark side of the Moon. This expansion for the Galaxy Defenders base game introduces new technologies, weapons, and genetically modified agents to take on the alien menace. With one to five players working together, you'll face new and terrifying creatures in a series of six epic missions that develop the storyline from the core set. The game's normal complexity makes it easy for board game enthusiasts to learn, and with a playtime of 120 minutes, you'll be fully immersed in the sci-fi world. As you play, you'll encounter the highest-ranked invaders in the Alien Army, the Master Aliens, which are represented by large, double-sided cards with dynamic and unpredictable behavior. To take them down, you'll need to utilize new equipment like Power Suits, which give your agents the ability to fly, move quickly, and unleash massive firepower. Your agents will also develop psionic powers, allowing them to manipulate time, predict the future, and deal critical hits. Additionally, a new Non-Player Character system lets intelligent NPCs fight alongside your agents, adding a new layer of strategy to the game. With its modular board, dice rolling, and variable player powers, Galaxy Defenders: Operation Strikeback is a thrilling cooperative game that's full of action and excitement.
