Description

In Hanamikoji: Geisha's Road, you and your opponent take on the roles of rival patrons supporting young geishas on their journey to stardom. This competitive strategy game is full of subtle intentions and hidden actions, as you help your favored geishas advance and build prestige by performing at different teahouses. The game is easy to learn, but with a playtime of 20 to 30 minutes, you'll need to think strategically to come out on top. As the geishas progress from apprentices to full-fledged artists, and maybe even owners of their own teahouses, you'll earn prestige points for supporting them. The player who provides the most support to each geisha is recognized, and the one who has supported the most prestigious group of geishas wins the game. With its unique blend of area majority, hand management, and set collection mechanics, Hanamikoji: Geisha's Road is a fun and engaging game for two players, perfect for a quick but intense gaming session.
