Description
Peg Poker is a fun and strategic board game that combines the excitement of poker with the challenge of pattern building. Designed by Ted Wheeler and published in 1993, this game is easy to learn and can be played by 1 to 4 players in about 60 minutes. The game board features a 4x4 grid where players take turns rolling dice to generate poker hands, which they then use to claim cells on the board. The goal is to claim four cells in a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, by creating the best poker hands. Players can even usurp cells claimed by others if they come up with a higher-ranking hand. With its simple rules and engaging gameplay, Peg Poker is a great game for families and friends to enjoy together, which is why it was named Games Magazine's Best New Family Game for 1994.
