Description
In Doggerland, you'll embark on a journey through a land that's been lost to the ages, a landmass that once connected Great Britain to mainland Europe. As the leader of a clan in around 15,000 BCE, your goal is to leave a lasting legacy by expanding your population, crafting essential items, and creating lasting works like murals in caves and megaliths for the gods. The game is designed for 1 to 4 players and can be played in 30 to 120 minutes, making it a great fit for a variety of gaming sessions. As you explore the surrounding territory, which changes with each game thanks to modular tiles, you'll need to adapt to the resources available to you and navigate the challenges of the seasons. With a mix of programmed movement, tile placement, and worker placement, every round brings new opportunities and obstacles. Your clan's leader and shaman will play key roles in your success, bringing bonuses and powerful actions to the table. After 6-8 seasons, the clan with the most points will be declared the winner, having left the most lasting mark on the ancient landscape of Doggerland. With its engaging gameplay and rich prehistoric setting, Doggerland is a game that's sure to captivate fans of strategy and history alike.
