Description

In Merchants, you're on a mission to make as much money as possible by having the right goods at the right time. The game is easy to learn, and with a playtime of just 30 minutes, you can dive into the world of trading and commerce in no time. Designed by Reiner Knizia, Merchants is a game for 2 to 4 players that's all about hand management, set collection, and trading. As you take turns, you'll exchange goods, buy special cards, and try to earn coins by playing goods cards onto the demand row. The special cards, like ships, offices, and trade agreements, can give you an edge and help you earn more coins. With no necessary in-game text, anyone can play, and the simple rules make it accessible to everyone. The goal is to have the most coins when the goods deck runs out, so strategic thinking and a bit of luck are key to winning the game.
