Description

Get ready to delve into the dark and foreboding world of Darkest Dungeon: The Board Game – The Crimson Court, an expansion that adds a whole new level of excitement and challenge to the original game. Published in 2022, this cooperative game is designed for 1 to 4 players and can be played in under 90 minutes, although be warned, the rules can take some time to learn. As you explore the once lush and green gardens of the estate, now known as the Courtyard, you'll encounter all manner of terrifying insect-like monsters, from level 1 to level 3, as well as four new bosses to test your mettle. As you navigate the 12 new rooms, courtesy of the six double-sided room tiles, you'll need to be wary of the constant stress and high chances of bleed and blight that can afflict your party of heroes. But don't worry, you'll have new tools at your disposal, including new Quest cards and Curio cards to aid you in your quest. With the addition of eight new monsters and 12 new room cards, the replayability of Darkest Dungeon: The Board Game has never been higher. So gather your friends, choose your heroes, and get ready to face the dangers that lurk in the Crimson Court, if you dare.
