Pencils & Powers is a thrilling adventure game that's all about rolling dice and making the most of your hero's powers. With a playtime of just 30 to 45 minutes, you can dive into a fantasy world filled with monsters, treasures, and excitement, either on your own or with up to 7 friends. The rules are easy to learn, so you can jump right in and start exploring, battling, and collecting treasure. The game is all about assigning your dice rolls to different actions, like exploring new rooms, fighting off monsters, or gathering treasure, and the best part is that all players play simultaneously, making it a fun and social experience. As you progress through the game, your heroes will gain access to new rooms, more powerful treasures, and tougher monsters, making each round more challenging and exciting than the last. With 12 different adventures to choose from, including fantasy and sci-fi campaigns, as well as seasonal themes like Halloween and Christmas, you'll never run out of new challenges to overcome. The game ends when time runs out, your heroes are defeated, or you've conquered all the monsters, and the player with the highest score is declared the winner.
