Description

In Holdfast: Pacific 1941-45, you're dropped into the midst of World War II, where the Japanese empire is making a power play to dominate the Pacific Ocean. The game starts with the Japanese on the offense, having just dealt a crushing blow to the US fleet at Pearl Harbor. As the Japanese player, you'll need to strategically use your naval, air, and land forces to expand your control across the Pacific, all while the Allied forces are scrambling to recover and regroup. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of 60 to 150 minutes, Holdfast: Pacific 1941-45 is a game of strategy and skill that's perfect for 1 to 2 players. You'll need to use action points, area movement, and dice rolling to outmaneuver your opponent, all while keeping your unit deployments secret. Will you be able to secure a Pacific empire as the Japanese, or mount a successful counterattack as the Allies? The fate of the war is in your hands.
