Description
Insider Trading is a game of strategic investment and cunning business deals, where 2 to 6 players compete to build their wealth by hauling commodities and manipulating the stock market. Designed by Bob Carlsen and first published in 2002, this game is all about making smart moves and taking calculated risks to come out on top. Players start with a modest stock portfolio and some cash, and then take turns rolling dice, playing movement cards, or paying to move around the gameboard, all in the hopes of landing on spaces that will give them an edge. As players navigate the game, they'll have the chance to buy and sell stocks, haul commodities for big rewards, and even use insider knowledge to influence the market. But beware - landing on penalty spaces can cost you dearly, and the game can end suddenly if one player goes bankrupt or a railroad achieves a major milestone. With its unique blend of economic strategy, transportation management, and commodity speculation, Insider Trading is a game that will keep you on your toes and challenge you to think like a savvy business leader. Will you emerge victorious with the most money, or will your opponents outmaneuver you and leave you in the dust?
