Description

In Maximum Apocalypse: Gothic Horrors, the supernatural is all too real, and the night is filled with unspeakable horrors waiting to pounce on unsuspecting survivors. Vampires lurk in the shadows, draining the life from their victims, while cultists work to summon ancient evils like Cthulhu. As you navigate this dark world, you'll need to scrounge together enough supplies to survive, all while trying to keep your sanity intact. This expansion for the Maximum Apocalypse series adds three new apocalyptic scenarios, each with its own unique gameplay mechanics, such as the Insanity deck of phobias and the night/day event deck. With the introduction of two new survivor characters, the Priest and the Ronin, you'll have even more options for taking on the forces of darkness. The Priest offers protection from the unspeakable evils that lurk in the night, while the Ronin is a formidable close-range combatant with dual-purpose cards that change based on her combat stance. Whether you're playing solo or with up to five friends, Maximum Apocalypse: Gothic Horrors promises a thrilling experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat for 45 to 90 minutes.
