Description

Phantom Leader Deluxe puts you in command of a US Air Force or US Navy Tactical Fighter squadron in Vietnam, where you must balance destroying targets with the delicate political repercussions of your attacks. Each mission takes about 30 minutes to set up, plan, and resolve, and you'll need to select the right pilots and weapons for success. Your pilots will gain experience and fatigue as you fly missions, affecting their skills and ability to fly. In this solo game, you'll experience the challenges of the Vietnam Air War, with limited freedom to choose your missions and tactics. Every target has a political value, and destroying it can limit your future target choices. You'll need to weigh the benefits of destroying a big enemy target against the potential political costs, making for a thrilling and strategic gameplay experience.
