Description

In Hadrian's Wall, you take on the role of a Roman General tasked with building and defending a milecastle and bordering wall. Over the course of six years, you'll construct your fort, man the defenses, and attract civilians by providing services and entertainment. But it's not just about building - you'll also need to defend your wall from the warring Picts and accumulate renown, piety, valor, and discipline to prove yourself to the Emperor. With a playtime of 30 to 60 minutes, Hadrian's Wall is a game that's easy to learn and fun to play, whether you're playing solo or with up to five friends. The game's normal complexity makes it accessible to anyone familiar with board games, and the mix of hand management, tech trees, and city building mechanics keeps things interesting and engaging.
