Description

In Gipfelkraxler, you'll need a mix of luck and strategic thinking to be the first to get two of your pawns to the summit. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, 2 to 4 players can jump into this 30-minute game, rolling dice and building patterns to outmaneuver their opponents. Designed by Friedemann Friese and published in 2015, this game is all about timing and opportunism. As you roll the dice up to three times on your turn, you'll aim to fulfill the requirements to move one of your pawns toward the summit. The paths get narrower and the dice combinations more challenging as you climb higher, but you can use chain reactions to shimmy your way to the top or push your opponents' pawns back down the mountain.
