As a marine biologist, you're on a mission to rebuild a vibrant ecosystem that was damaged by a typhoon. The game is simple to learn, but challenging to master, and can be played in just 20 to 30 minutes. Your goal is to create the highest scoring combination of colorful creatures in your reef, by picking and playing cards, and passing the remaining ones to the next player. You'll compete to collect creatures from the ocean and from your opponents' reefs, using special cards to turn the tides in your favor. At the end of three rounds, you'll score points and earn bonuses for the type and placement of creatures you've collected. With its unique blend of card drafting and tile placement mechanics, Open Ocean is a fun and engaging game that's perfect for players of all ages and skill levels.
