Description
In Seeland, you'll be living as a respected burgher in 17th century Netherlands, where the province of Zeeland is gaining power and prosperity. Your goal is to expand and extract more land surface from the sea, and you'll do this by placing and revealing tiles in the land area of the game board. With easy-to-learn rules, 2 to 4 players can join in on the fun, competing to score the most points in about 45 to 60 minutes. As you play, you'll gather seed tiles and windmill tiles using a unique rondel mechanism, and place them strategically to surround your windmills and score points. With no necessary in-game text, anyone can play, and the game's economic and farming themes will keep you engaged. Will you be the player with the most points at the end of the game, or will your opponents outmaneuver you and claim victory?
