Description

In Ducklings, you and your fellow players take on the role of parents trying to guide your fragile ducklings to safety. This adventure game is all about working together, or against each other, to keep your little ones safe from harm. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, 2 to 4 players can join in on the fun, with playtime ranging from 15 to 50 minutes. The game is set up with a modular board, constructed from a randomized deck of event cards, which creates a unique path for each playthrough. As you roll the dice and move through the game, you'll encounter various biomes and events that can either help or harm your ducklings. With each duckling having a unique talent that can only be used once, you'll need to make strategic decisions to keep them safe. But beware, if two parents from different families land on the same space, a territorial duck fight will break out, causing afflictions to both families. The goal is to be the family with the most ducklings left alive at the end of the game, so you'll need to balance cooperation and competition to come out on top. With its variable play length and customizable gameplay, Ducklings is a fun and exciting adventure that's perfect for families and friends to enjoy together.
