Description

Copycat is a game where you play as a politician trying to gather enough money and influence to become the next president. You start with a set of cards that give you money and influence, and each round you draw more cards and use them to place your workers in different offices in the government building. These workers can buy new cards, get influence, or carry out other actions to help you achieve your goal. As you progress through the game, you can buy new cards from a row on the game board, which are filled from a deck of cards divided into different ages. You can also buy doctoral degrees, which give you extra influence for your money. The game ends when all the doctoral degrees are bought or when one player has enough influence to win. With its unique blend of deck-building, worker placement, and auction mechanics, Copycat is a fun and challenging game for 2 to 4 players that takes about 95 minutes to play.
