Description

In d0x3d, you and up to three friends take on the roles of hackers, working together to infiltrate a network and collect shares of digital assets. Your mission is to use these assets to re-capture stolen digital goods, all while avoiding detection by the network admins. The game is easy to learn, but it's not going to be a cakewalk - the admins are hot on your heels, and they'll stop at nothing to catch you. Each round, they'll patch the network and try to track you down, which can lead to machines being taken offline for forensic investigation and the network threat level increasing. As you navigate the modular board, you'll need to use your action points wisely and work together with your fellow players to succeed. With variable player powers and a set collection mechanism, each game will be different, keeping you on your toes. The goal is to collect all four digital assets and then make a daring escape from the network without getting caught. With a playtime of just 40 minutes, d0x3d is a thrilling adventure that's perfect for a quick game night with friends. Designed by Mark Gondree and Zachary Peterson, this 2012 release is a fun and educational game that's all about strategy and teamwork.
