Description

In Typo, a fast-paced word game designed by Corné van Moorsel, 2 to 6 players simultaneously choose cards from their hands to create words or parts of words on the table. The twist is that the player with the lowest letter in the alphabet goes first, adding a fun layer of strategy to the game. As players add their cards to the rows and columns, they call out the word or part-word they're forming, making for a exciting and interactive experience. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, Typo is easy to learn and plays out in just 30 minutes. The game's unique blend of pattern building, simultaneous action selection, and spelling mechanics makes it a standout in the world of card games and word games. First published in 2004, Typo has become a classic, with its strong graphic design inspired by old typewriter fonts adding to its charm.
