Description
In the Horus Heresy board game, two players take on the roles of traitor or loyalist, controlling powerful Space Marine legions, Titans, and other units in a battle for the future of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The game is set on the ravaged planet of Terra, with players vying for control of the Imperial Palace and the fate of the Emperor. With over a hundred sculpted plastic playing pieces and a stunning three-dimensional map, the game brings this epic conflict to life in vivid detail. As players navigate the complexities of the game, they must carefully manage their resources and issue commands to their troops, using an innovative order and initiative system to outmaneuver their opponent. With six scenarios to choose from, including the introductory Brother Against Brother scenario, players can experience the Horus Heresy in a variety of ways, from a roughly historical recreation of the conflict to more challenging and complex battles.
