In the futuristic world of Metrorunner, you're a skilled hacker navigating the underworld of Mirror City, where opportunities abound in a dystopian landscape. As a runner, you're determined to make a name for yourself, but you're not alone - other runners are hot on your heels, trying to cut in on your action. With a playtime of 30 to 90 minutes, you'll have ample time to grow your influence and gain reputation by completing contracts for ruthless mega-corporations, all while secretly stealing their data for your home district. As you circle the districts of Mirror City on the Metro line, you'll compete for resources and plot your path carefully to avoid and cut off other runners. With a mix of contracts, hand management, and network building, you'll need to use your skills and upgrades to hack into network nodes and manipulate the circuitry of a central tile grid. With normal complexity rules, familiar board game players will have no issue learning this game, and with options for 1 to 5 players, you can enjoy the thrill of Metrorunner solo or with friends.
