Moai is a strategic board game that delves into the fascinating history of Easter Island, where players take on the role of leaders guiding their people through the challenges of building a thriving society. With 2 to 5 players, you'll navigate the intricate balance of resource management, all while trying to outmaneuver your opponents in a series of auctions and bidding wars. As you place your workers and draft cards, you'll need to keep a close eye on your opponents, ready to strike with a well-timed "take that" move to throw them off balance. As you play through the 75-minute game, you'll be immersed in the ancient world of Easter Island, where the giant Moai statues stand as a testament to the ingenuity and excess of the island's people. With normal complexity rules, Moai is easy to learn for fans of board games, and its unique blend of mechanics makes for a thrilling experience.
