Description
In Brutus: The Board Game, you'll take on the role of a VIP in Small City, hiding behind a pseudonym of a Roman emperor with a special ability that sets you apart. Your goal is to gain influence in the city by racketeering commerces, robbing residences, and hiring thugs in industries. Each turn, you'll move your figure and decide whether to destroy or burgle a building, all in an effort to build up your influence in the districts. The city is represented on a modular hex grid, which changes size depending on the number of players, from 1 to 4. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, you'll be able to dive into the game and start building your empire in no time. Playtime can range from 20 to 60 minutes, making it a great fit for a variety of gaming sessions.
