Description
In Firenze, you're a master builder competing to earn the most prestige points by completing construction commissions for powerful families and the church in 12th-14th century Florence. You'll collect colored bricks, the game's currency, and use cards to help or hinder your progress. Each turn, you'll choose a card, take its bricks, and pay a brick for every card you skip, with the option to exchange bricks before working on your construction site. As you build multiple towers at once, be careful not to abandon any projects, or they'll be torn down. With a playtime of 60 minutes and normal complexity, Firenze is a fun and challenging game for 2 to 4 players. Designed by Andreas Steding and published in 2010, it's a great choice for fans of economic and Renaissance-themed games, with a unique blend of auction and set collection mechanics that will keep you engaged until the final scoring.
