Description

In Oil: The Great Adventure, you'll embark on a thrilling journey as the head of an oil company, competing against other players to dominate the oil industry. With easy-to-learn rules, 2 to 6 players can dive into this economic strategy game, navigating the board to secure oil fields, drill for new discoveries, and transport precious cargo to major ports around the world. As you move around the board, you'll encounter various opportunities and challenges, from drawing information cards that can affect oil prices to buying drilling rights and shipping cargo to distant lands. The game is a delicate balance of risk and reward, as you weigh the costs of drilling and shipping against the potential profits. With each passing turn, your oil fields will produce more oil, and you'll need to decide when to ship it to maximize your earnings. The game can last anywhere from 60 to 180 minutes, giving you plenty of time to develop your strategy and outmaneuver your opponents. As the game comes to a close, the player with the most wealth will be declared the winner, having successfully navigated the ups and downs of the oil industry to emerge victorious.
