Description

GoRoGo is a fresh take on the classic game of Go, designed for two players and played on a compact 5x5 grid. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, this abstract strategy game is easy to pick up but challenging to master. Each player starts with 10 ordinary pieces and two neutral ones, which can be used to make moves that would normally be prohibited in traditional Go. The goal is to capture more of your opponent's pieces, and with only 25 pieces in total, the game is fast-paced and over in no more than 24 moves. The neutral pieces add a twist, switching between black and white depending on whose turn it is, allowing for clever tactics and strategic plays. As a result, GoRoGo requires a unique blend of Go-like tactics and innovative strategy, making it a thrilling experience for fans of abstract strategy games.
