In the world of Kingdom, the rightful ruler has been overthrown by a power-hungry usurper, and it's up to you, a determined farmboy, to seek revenge and reclaim the throne. This solo adventure, designed by Will Kalif and first introduced in 2015, is a thrilling journey that takes you across various regions of the kingdom. With simple rules that can be learned quickly, you'll embark on a quest to solve problems for the kingdom's inhabitants, gathering the items they need and delivering them to earn their trust and support. As you travel through the kingdom, you'll use a pickup and deliver mechanic to gather and transport essential items to those in need. The twist is that you'll need to remember what each area requires, as there's no reminder once you leave. Fortunately, movement is unrestricted, allowing you to travel freely from one area to another on your turn. Your ultimate goal is to raise a mercenary army and lead them into the castle to overthrow the usurper. With playtime ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, Kingdom offers a fun and challenging experience that's perfect for a solo fantasy adventure.
