Description

In Tiny Footprint, you and up to five friends are on a mission to reduce your carbon emissions and reach a climate target. The game is easy to learn, but don't let that fool you - it's a challenging and engaging cooperative experience that requires teamwork and strategy to win. You'll start by choosing where you live, your lifestyle, and which character you play, each with unique capabilities that will affect the game. The goal is to reduce emissions to zero in four key areas: housing, food, transport, and consumption, all before time runs out. As you work together to complete environmental missions, you'll use resource cards from three decks - Finances, Discipline, and Commitment - to take actions and make progress. With a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, you'll have plenty of time to develop a strategy and work together to succeed. But be warned: if you don't reduce emissions to zero by the end of the fifth round, you'll all lose. Fortunately, you can try again with a new residence, lifestyle, and characters, making each game a unique experience. Designed by Marcus Jargarden and published in 2018, Tiny Footprint is a fun and interactive way to learn about environmental issues and work together to make a difference.
